PROFF

Music has accompanied Vladimir Ershov — PROFF — throughout his life, from classical education to a world of electronic sound.

Training in music, variety art and jazz schools, alongside piano and saxophone, gave Vladimir a broad foundation. Experiments with early production software, loops and synthesizers gradually turned a fascination with sound into a career as a DJ and producer.

A meeting with Australian producer Jaytech in 2008 introduced his work to Above & Beyond and began a long collaboration with Anjunadeep. His productions and remixes have since received support across the dance-music scene and appeared on labels including Armada Music, Solaris, Vandit, Proton, Silk Music and Enhanced.

With more than one hundred releases listed in his Nightlaw biography, PROFF continues to balance daily studio work with performances around the world.
