Nightlaw claims worldwide exclusive representation for all DJ bookings meaning Nightlaw is the only exclusive negotiator between artist and purchaser (promoter, talent buyer) plus only Nightlaw is privileged to discuss conditions and set dates.

The representation can be terminated anytime from both sides - agency and/or artist - under respect of confirmed forthcoming shows and their exclusivity requirements.

Nightlaw charges 20 % from or on tops of the DJ fee or from the net profit [i.e. all inclusive / landed fee - tour relevant expenses (economy class flights for one person, 4* hotels for one person, transfers, visa) = net profit].

Nightlaw runs business in EUR and pays out artist fees on the first bank day after the performance or tour has been played by bank transfer, PayPal, Transfer(Wise) or WorldRemit; the transfer charges are covered by the artist.
